Your Mission

Your mission: you as a EMEA Channel Ops Manager, you will take the ownership and proactively identify opportunities to increase partner sales productivity, define/drive Programs and orchestrate Planning across EMEA in close partnership with Global and regional teams to grow the partner business. 

Also, you will create and manage the rhythm of the business for our Partner organization, including business reviews, forecasting, cross-organizational business reporting to help the business run smoothly and effectively.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Synthesize data into KPIs and strategic insights while rapidly moving from insights to action
  • Act as trusted advisor to the EMEA Partner VP to track and assess the business including a comprehensive governance cadence for our Partner organization, weeklypriority setting, and clear actions needed to realize growth objectives
  • Track and manage day-to-day functions to execution, ensuring accuracy in reporting, metric analysis, Partner recognition, and additional workflows to ensure overall Partner health
  • Work across a wide group of stakeholders to ensure timely, high quality and consistent completion of business management activities across the org to achieve business priorities
  • Bring curiosity, dream big, take risks, and learn from mistakes – have a growth mindset

What you'll bring to the team

  • BA/BS required
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Sales Strategy or Business Operations within a SaaS or software company, startup environment, or similar rapidly-growing enterprise strongly preferred
  • Knowledge on how to massively scale and optimize resource allocation to drive short-term performance (revenue/KPI achievement) as well as long-term sustained business health
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to zoom out and think big picture as well as operationalization
  • Ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong change management, project management, planning, and organization skills
  • Past management consulting experience preferred
  • Past Channel operations experience preferred
  • MBA preferred
