The pay range is $160,900.00 - $289,700.00

About the role:
As a Principal Product Designer within our Inspire & Motivate team, you’ll be at the forefront of Target’s evolving digital experience, shaping it for our guests and contributing to business growth. Your focus will include defining and implementing the strategy for our Home and Category Pages, Header, Footer, and Site Navigation, evolving the off and on-platform journey and experience architecture for our guests. Your work will come to life on Target’s digital touchpoints including web, mobile web, and native apps.
We are looking for a seasoned design professional with a proven track record in delivering exceptional user-centered experiences within a dynamic retail environment.

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
