The Marketing Operations Manager establishes and drives marketing processes to enable the marketing team to develop global marketing stories that are told across all channels. Coordinates projects and procures tools and technologies that drive efficiencies, improve output, or aid ways of working. Drives deliverables for product creation and go to market milestones. The oversight of these responsibilities is geared toward delivering integrated marketing campaigns and toolkits, driving sell in and sell thru of key product stories.

Job Description

  • Drives workback calendar and process to manage deliverables for key milestones across the product creation process and go to market.
  • Manages the development of seasonal category sell-in and sell-thru toolkits for global product marketing stories
  • Develops and deploys marketing operations tools to drive team productivity.
  • Manages multisession marketing samples and owns sample library management
  • Ensures seasonal calendar is comprehensive of all channel activity and up to date
  • Establishes and drives the campaign development process, from briefing to execution, ensuring all marketing teams stay in sync and coordinate on campaign development
  • Collects and distributes one voice feedback to creative agencies
  • Liaises with internal shared resources to drive prioritization and resource planning
  • Drives full marketing team agendas and meeting cadence
  • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with experience driving strategic partnerships.
  • Solid written communication skills and demonstrated comfort level with public speaking.
  • Solid understanding of global markets
  • Proven track record for developing and executing new initiatives.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize projects.
  • Comfortable in fast-changing, fast paced environment with tight deadlines.

Working Conditions

Normal office environment. Travel may be required.

Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
