WHAT YOU'LL DO

Within our Consulting Recruiting Team for Germany and Austria, you’ll be part of the Talent Retention competence center in which we bundle our offers for high potentials, taking full ownership of two of our central programs:

  • The BCG Female Intensiveship is a short, four-week consulting internship aimed at female applicants and offering exciting insights into the group and the world of management consulting.
  • In the BCG Climateship, our interns are also full team members for eight to ten weeks on a real client project, working primarily on topics in the area of climate and sustainability.

You’ll be responsible for the content design, coordination, and further development of both formats, organizing events for our participants and managing all marketing measures. In addition, you’ll have full ownership of the entire candidate journey of our consulting candidates and accompany “your” candidates end to end, from receipt of the application to the interview process and offer management, and support throughout the internship until its completion. Working on special projects, strategic measures, and short-term analyses will round off your portfolio of tasks.
