We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team, focusing on technical recruiting. This is an exciting opportunity to help Five9 build our presence in our new location in Porto, Portugal. We are a service-oriented talent acquisition team that prides ourselves on delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. The right candidate for this role is someone who is professional, highly motivated and has the ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic organization. You will be working with an existing global talent acquisition team that is collaborative, innovative and best of all - fun! The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in building our technical team in Portugal as Five9 continues to expand globally. This position will be hybrid and based in our Porto, Portugal offices. This is a 12-month fixed term contract role.

Responsibilities:

  • Attract the best talent for open positions while building and maintaining relationships with the talent for future opportunities. 
  • Build trusted and long-term relationships with hiring managers. Develop strategic job plans for their requisitions and coach them on hiring best practices.
  • Meet and exceed recruiting metrics (time to fill, candidate experience, quality of hire).
  • Source using various tools. Recommend new strategies and resources for finding and attracting technical talent.
  • Provide a stellar candidate experience and the ability to pipeline candidates for future opportunities
  • Attend networking events to source technical talent.
  • Continuously improve our talent brand, recruiting processes, and candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience including sourcing, preferably with growing technology companies
  • 3+ years in an in-house environment, technology company preferred
  • Great follow through with candidates and ability to create exceptional experiences
  • Proven track record of finding and hiring top technical talent with a high close rate
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Relationship builder/networker extraordinaire
  • Team Player
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Participate in identifying ways to improve processes implement better workflows and execute on process and improvement projects
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
