Supply Chain & Logistics Traineeship is intensive preparation for a business management role and opportunity to join best-in-class Supply Chain organization for 12 months with the intention to provide you with the possibility to join us on permanent managerial role in Supply Chain upon successful completion of your traineeship. And no previous experience is required.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A SUPPLY CHAIN & LOGISTICS TRAINEE IN P&G?

  • Be responsible for short and long-term category demand planning across Central Europe based on newest technologies usage (Power BI, SAP and other PG platforms)
  • Prepare product innovation implementation (new product launch based on close cooperation with Brand Team)
  • Work closely with our supply chain stakeholders and driving value for our customers to create innovative solutions competitive in our dynamic environment
  • Work with our Sales department and focus on improving quality of customer promotions and features planning
  • Be a key source of customer knowledge and drive the E2E supply chain synchronization program in a customer centric way

Job Qualifications

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FOR US IF YOU:

  • Are a student of final years of studies (BA/MA) or fresh graduate (up to 12 months after graduation) of all faculties with interest in strategical logistics operations
  • Are fluent in Hungarian and English
  • Have excellent MS Office Package skills (MS Excel specifically)
  • Have very strong leadership, strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Have ability to grow by taking advantages on rapid changes and positive attitude towards challenges and change
  • Enjoy working with diverse organizations and teams and have strong collaboration skills
  • Have a desire to constantly learn something new
