For our Electrification & Automation Business Unit in Kartal, we are looking for a Global Service Portfolio Manager. This role will be responsible for supporting the Site Service and PM portfolio.

What are my responsibilities?

Management of On/Off-Site Service Portfolios:

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for delivering On and Off-Site Services and execute it.
  • Ensure that services are delivered efficiently and customer-centrically to maximize customer satisfaction.

Portfolio Optimization:

  • Continuously monitor the service portfolio to ensure it aligns with changing market conditions and customer requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for product and service innovation and put them into practice.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive data to make strategic decisions.

Budget Accountability:

  • Create budgets for your areas and manage them carefully to ensure financial goals are achieved.
  • Identify and implement cost savings and efficiency improvements as needed.

Projects:

  • You are also responsible for internal projects and drive them forward as an internal project manager.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business / industrial engineering or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in leading global teams and service portfolios in the Electrical industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing service strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse international teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel to support customers and teams worldwide.
