You will make an impact with:
Technical Excellence: Be the driving force behind the electric vehicle charging revolution. Engage in a diverse range of technical tasks, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and system evaluation, all while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Innovative Design: Shape the future of service offerings as you actively contribute to technical design and development. Your insights will be key in advancing our electric vehicle charging solutions.
Training Leadership: Lead the way as the primary trainer for electric vehicle charging systems in the ASEAN region. Your guidance will ensure that our service competence remains at the pinnacle of excellence.
Customer-Centric Support: Provide unwavering support to our customers, whether remotely or on-site, always striving to uphold the commitments outlined in our service level agreements. You will be the go-to expert for resolving any arising issues.
Optimization: Take charge in reviewing and enhancing service level agreement activities, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and team optimization. Your ability to prioritize tasks will drive efficiency and success.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dedicated team to ensure the continued uptime of electric vehicle charging systems for charge point operators. You'll also address any variations in order volume with precision.
Project Advancement: Contribute to, and sometimes lead, the estimation, planning, and technical task review for projects. Your insights will be vital in project acquisition, negotiation, planning, and management.
Your Success is based on:
Electrifying Background: Possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent, with a profound understanding of EV or Charger Business.
Field Experience: Bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in field service, specifically with electric vehicle charging systems or power converter systems.
Linguistic Prowess: Communicate fluently in English and Thai across all levels of stakeholders.
Customer Dedication: Embrace a strong customer-centric mindset, demonstrating a willingness to go above and beyond to assist others.
Team Synergy: Showcase your ability to influence and empathize with remote teams, fostering collaboration and unity.
Exploration: Prepare for exciting travels throughout the ASEAN region, where you will make a significant impact.
Transportation: While not mandatory, owning your transport is preferred to ensure you can meet customers promptly.
