QHSE Manager - France m/f/d

Working for a division specializing in instrumentation and analysis for industrial customers, the Quality, Health & Safety Manager will lead, manage and develop the Quality, Safety and Environment policy in France, reporting to the Division Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that internal rules, policies and regulations relating to quality, safety and the environment are respected and applied.

Your responsibilities

• Develop a quality culture among operational staff in terms of supplier quality, customer quality and system quality.
• Define objectives.
• Manage policy by implementing indicators, audits, management reviews, etc.
• Maintain a regulatory watch on standards and certifications (ISO, etc.).
• Implement safety policy at all levels of the organization.
• Promote a safety culture (monitoring objectives, indicators, internal and external audits at customers and suppliers, etc.).
• Maintain a regulatory watch on legal aspects in France and on standards (MASE, etc.).

Your background

• Minimum 3 years' higher education with a specialization in QHSE; technical backround a plus.
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar position in an industrial BtoB field.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and MASE certification.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• No obstacles to travel (3 days per month).
• Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
