Position Overview

Role Description

The Release Coordinator is responsible for the complete SB release portfolio, including the adherence to the SDLC and change process within Deutsche Bank. This includes both CTB and RTB releases and requires in-depth communication with all involved stakeholders within and connected to SB.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Up to 12 separate releases need to be managed simultaneously
  • (device based as well as server/client based)
  • Coordinate Release and Delivery dates with all stakeholders
  • Coordinate Releases with central release management team
  • Create necessary ServiceNow changes including CAB participation
  • Continuously evaluate and improve SB release management processes
  • Implement centrally induced requirements into SB release and deployment processes
  • Requirement handling and QA report creation support according to Deutsche Bank requirements
  • Support compliance on all steps of SDLC process and support ITAO in SDLC conformity

Skills and experience

  • Knowledge about Deutsche Bank´s One SDLC and Change Processes
  • Knowledge of ALM and ServiceNow
  • Needs strong German language skills (C1 or higher)
  • Good knowledge of infrastructure tools, network and information security
  • Good experience in stakeholder management
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player and collaborator

Education | Certification (Recommended):

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
