The Role

BizBuySell is looking for a Head of Product who will report to the President of BizBuySell and will be tasked with continuing to drive innovation and value creation opportunities for our customers through seamless and creative product design. They will keep the customer at the forefront of product design and collaborate and partner with technology, sales and marketing to propel the business forward and achieve growth targets. 

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive product strategy for BizBuySell
  • Use a data-driven approach to define, track and measure key performance and business metrics to drive customer-centric product solutions
  • Partner with senior executives and stakeholders across functional areas and businesses to partner and deliver successfully on BizBuySell product vision
  • Establish long-term product portfolio strategy, informed by customers and business objectives, to gain alignment, secure resources and overcome obstacles
  • Attract, grow and inspire top product talent as they develop and deliver on their product goals 

Experience/Requirements

  • 10+ years of product experience within a B2B or B2B2C marketplace environment, and at least 2 years owning the product road map for a digital marketplace or some other customer facing SaaS product
  • Bachelors required and MBA preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • 4+ years leading product teams
  • 10+ years translating business strategy into customer facing products
  • Proven track record collaborating successfully with IT, Sales and Marketing to effectively deliver on business objectives and goals
  • Demonstrated experience using customer insights to drive product design and new features

This position offers a base salary range of $150,000 - $270,000, based on relevant skills and experience and includes a generous bonus and benefits plan.
