Job Description

The TA Sourcing Partner assists the Talent Acquisition Business Partner team in identifying, attracting and hiring top-quality candidates for various positions within Avery Dennison. This role involves sourcing and creating a funnel/pipeline as a part of the recruitment process, Also managing job posting on different job boards. The TA Sourcing Partner is an essential link between candidates & TA business partners, ensuring a smooth, efficient and positive recruitment & candidate experience with a rich pipeline to support the business. 

This role reports to the TA Sourcer Lead in Gurgaon and will be a part of the APAC TA team. Flexible work locations either at Guangzhou, Suzhou, Shanghai, Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end sourcing process of the assigned positions and also for the evergreen roles from pool of resumes & headhunt or job boards.
  • Collaborate with the TABPs to shortlist the profiles for the position.
  • Ensure all information on jobs/candidates are accurately recorded on the HR digital platforms;
  • Sourcers' feedback are well registered in the SR. 
  • Create market mapping and bring the discussion with the respective stakeholders to share with them the overall market trend on the position. 
  • Maintain regular communication with TABPs, providing progress updates on position and the recruitment status of the opened positions.
  • Create pipelines for the evergreen roles, do market analysis and share the data with the respective stakeholders.
  • Require to build the reports & also do analysis based on the positions.
  • Proactively partnering with the TABPs to review, advise and develop appropriate interview & assessment contents to evaluate the candidates based on competencies;
  • Work on the confidential mandates by keeping all the sensitivity in mind and keeping the confidential information intact. 
  • Due diligence on the role vs the shortlisted candidates must be done
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and job fairs to attract top talents;
  • Open to source roles across the regions irrespective of the location, level, etc.
  • Ad hoc support on TA assignment/projects as needed.
  • Adapt to learn the culture and environment of the company
  • Do proper assessment for the candidates as per the STAR methodology.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven 7+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, preferably from agency or sourcing project environment and matrix organization.
  • Ability to search, source candidates for current & projected positions in creative and cost effective ways
  • Understanding of employment regulations and laws to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem solving skills & time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to professionally interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Professionalism and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management
  • Relate well with people and possess the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and culturally diverse environment
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good knowledge in TA best practices, recruitment tools and technologies
  • Fluency in English and Chinese speaking (Mandarin / Cantonese)
