Job Description Summary:

The Supply Chain Solutions team has an opening for Staff Analyst, SCM BSA at our Gandhinagar, India location. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Solutions IT. This role will be responsible for providing support and development for existing JDA/Blue Yonder SCM solutions along with designing and implementing new solutions for the business. Advanced knowledge of key supply chain processes is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Work with multiple internal teams to understand and resolve Production issues
• Adapt to new technologies in quick time
• Focus on identifying the gaps in as is process and improve
• Focus on Automation and Process improvement. Bring in new ideas
• Should handle multiple projects independently
• Work independently with business to understand the requirements to design & develop end to end solution
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand solution pain points, troubleshoot complex planning issues, and propose effective solutions
• Drive supply chain KPI's (Fill rate, DOI, Pushouts, Pull-ins, etc.)
• Ownership of at least two business modules/project
• Should be able to deliver independently
• Work closely with mid/senior level resources to mentor them
• Participate in recruitment process

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Experience in Supply Chain in manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes
• Minimum 8 years hands on experience in designing, constructing, testing, and supporting end to end supply chain planning solutions, mainly in JDA SCP, BY - ESP, OP
• Expertise on at least 2 JDA/Blue Yonder modules (SCP/ESP, OP)
• Intermediate to Expert level knowledge of Optimization and Heuristics solvers for above mentioned modules
• Experience on ODS/SCPO platform is a must
• Hands on Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and functional teams
• B.E. in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, M.B.A. in Operations, or equivalent technical degrees
