As a part of the Talkdesk Marketing team, you will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy, planning, creation and execution of joint partner marketing programs and content. You will also work closely with the partner and business development teams to define partner co-marketing objectives, define and measure partner marketing success, and drive consistent content and messaging to and with our top partners. Your objective is to generate partner awareness of Talkdesk, build partner relationships and influence pipeline through partners. You will be a part of a rapidly growing team that is helping to fuel Talkdesk’s exponential growth by positioning our products and services to our target audience.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Own partner relationships, messaging and co-marketing strategy and tactics
  • Build awareness of Talkdesk within key strategic partners and drive partner influenced and generated sales pipeline
  • Work closely with the partner and business development teams at Talkdesk
  • Establish a partner marketing program and build ways to manage and track the effectiveness of our partner relationships and campaigns
  • Develop and deliver partner-specific content and enablement through joint marketing messages, value proposition, proof points and competitive positioning
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing Team as well as the broader organization in developing & executing messaging and co-marketing opportunities

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of partner marketing experience, strongly focused on content and project management; startup experience a plus
  • Incredibly organized, tenacious and a people person: you enjoy building relationships, being accountable for deadlines and continually following-up with partners
  • Experience as a self-starter and creating alignment across multiple internal groups
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage and measure a partner marketing program
  • Think strategically and can effectively communicate at an executive level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: you are able to create and deliver compelling partner-facing and partner-specific content
  • College graduate with a relevant degree (marketing, business, etc.)
  • Experience in the Salesforce and/or Zendesk partner ecosystems a plus
