The opportunity

Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the success of TEVA's critical generic portfolio? 

As the Product Manager for Corporate Branded Generics (CBG), you will be at the forefront of development and promotion, driving innovation and market impact. 

How you’ll spend your day

1. Strategic Market Analysis: Dive deep into the market performance of the CBG portfolio. Stay ahead by monitoring competitive activities, executing regular pricing analysis, and preparing insightful performance reports.

2. Brand Development: Craft and present compelling CBG brand plans to the management team, showcasing your strategic prowess and market insights.

3. Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with analysts and the sales team to forecast demand for a segment of the CBG portfolio. Your keen insights will be vital in anticipating market trends.

4. Budget Management: Develop and oversee the budget plan for the CBG portfolio based on the marketing strategy. Keep a tight rein on expenses, producing periodic reports to ensure financial goals are met.

5. Targeted Marketing Activities: Plan and execute dynamic marketing campaigns tailored to various audiences, including Pharmacists, Pharmacy Chain managers, consumers, and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).

6. Promotional Programs: Innovate and implement promotional programs across diverse audiences, creating impactful materials and supporting data. Ensure everything aligns seamlessly with the approved budget.

7. New Product Launches: Drive the planning and execution of new product launches, working closely with key departments such as Key Account Development, Operations, and Business Development.

8. Distribution Excellence: Maintain control over distribution levels (ND, WD) in line with the established distribution model.

9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster excellent collaboration with other departments, ensuring a cohesive and synergistic approach to achieve common goals.

Your experience and qualifications

Higher education

3-5 years’ overall experience in marketing of multinational FMCG and/or Pharmaceutical company

Excellent analytical skills, ability to work with a big amount of data

Good time-management skills and multitasking

Great interpersonal and team working skills

Excellent influencing skills with a ‘make it happen’ attitude

Perfect knowledge of MS office (Power point, Excel)

English proficiency
