The division

You will join the Group Operations Transformation division, aiming to accelerate the success of AXA Group Operations (GO) by providing simple and user-oriented services across Transformation and Change management, Human Resources and Communication.

Job purpose 

As a HR Data Manager, your main objective is to be responsible of the AXA GO Data Strategy on HR field in close collaboration with all internal stakeholders. 

Main missions 

Your responsibilities include:

1. Responsible of the deployment of the data strategy on HR topics by enforcing data standards (such as data governance policy, DQ framework and data by design) or capabilities (business glossary, data dictionaries).

2. Act as a coordinator between Data Owners/Stewards, data privacy/security, CDO and IS/projects teams, both on project in and BAU mode. Organize and deliver all HR Data governance.

3. Implement and support data by design for every HR Project (monitor usage of critical data and pertaining DQ requirements) process along with Data Architects, DPO, COE & Project manager.

4. Document, monitor and share data quality at global HR Scale with KPI: propose and follow up data quality rules and issue remediation plans.

5. Support Data Owners & Data Stewards managing data as an asset across a particular domain,

6. Assist Data owners & Data stewards on privacy, security, and business criticality data classification.

7. Use data lineage inputs to identify defined purpose and consent on the usage of data. 

8. Manage customer requests.

9. Monitor the access to data to ensure it is used according to the privacy and security standards.

Qualifications

Expected skills & experience

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR data analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools
  • Understand HR practices and policies.
  • Knowledge of HR data administration, including data quality, security, and privacy
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
