What you'll be doing

• Collaborate: Work closely with teams to understand goals, audiences, and branding to transform their contentinto visually engaging narratives that resonate with clients. Breathe life into RFI/RFP responses, capabilities/pitch decks and
• Show design excellence: Adapt and apply your design skills to diverse projects from PowerPoint decks and one-sheeters to infographics, logos and social media graphics.
• Be flexible: Stay ready to pivot as needed.Have a positive attitude and work well within a super-fast-paced environment.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of evolving design trends and new media, have a keen understanding of integration, and how to leverage animation to elevate

What you've been able to accomplish

• Strong layout and design skills, and experience taking a brand's existing look and feel and translating it into a presentation deck.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Experience using Adobe CS including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Diverse portfolio with 1-3 years of experience as professional graphic designer
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
• Experience with video as well as a basic understanding of web design is a plus
• Familiarity with the business development process
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week on occasion.
• Experience working with colleagues in multiple locations / time zones
• Strong presentation and consulting skills along with the ability to read, write and speak English

Your Salary: 

The target range of base salary in all locations within the United States for this role is $52,000 - $65,000 per year. Actual salary is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to business needs, level of responsibility, skill set, level of experience, and geographical location.
