You will troubleshoot, replace, repair, adjust and modify electrical, mechanical or hydraulic, pneumatic equipment.
Monitor assigned line and troubleshoot production equipment, conveyors, lifts, switches, electric eyes, motors and preform PM's as scheduled.
Disassemble machines and repair or replace broken parts.
Interpret specifications, blueprints and work orders to complete assigned responsibilities.
Clean and lubricate parts.
Perform end of shift responsibilities which include: securing all equipment, performing general housekeeping responsibilities and completing and maintaining work records on computerized maintenance system.
Requisition parts and supplies, perform routine welding, preventative maintenance tasks and other special projects as assigned.
Work with contractors and vendors.
Effectively communication with team members regarding machine repairs.
Minimum downtime is important to our facilities, you will provide preventive maintenance on our equipment.
Food safety is crucial, you will observe the safety quality food program while providing equipment maintenance.
You will have you using your current mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fabrication expertise, but we hope you will continue to grow while in this position.
