Global Talent Agility (GTA) is a team in the Performance, Learning and Development (L, D & P) organization at Seagate. About the role - you will:

  • Be responsible for maintaining operations and increasing adoption levels of our initiatives.
  • Play a crucial role in change and enablement tracks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to create and implement project plans and strategies, design campaigns, and support new rollouts.
  • Involved in monthly product release support and handling various operational tasks.

About you:

  • Change & Enablement:
  • Develop, update, and implement change and enablement (C&E) project plans and strategies.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and vendors to generate ideas, benchmark against industry best practices, and understand usage patterns.
  • Design and execute C&E campaigns, including content design, creation (videos, articles, email communications), and manager toolkit content.
  • New Rollout Projects:
  • Lead the change management for new initiatives such as mentoring reboot, project marketplace reboot, and career pathing launch.
  • Monthly Product Release Support:
  • Coordinate with partners to comprehend new features, pre-test these features, and prepare educational materials.
  • Conduct feedback sessions, report and retest any issues, and manage the implementation and change management processes.
  • Operational Support:
  • Handle issue reporting, test fixes, and collaborate on resolutions with tech partners.
  • Manage licenses, provide tech support, and ensure smooth program management.
  • Leadership & Development:
  • Contribute to the brainstorming, design, and content development for leadership programs.

Your experience includes:

  • Proven experience in learning and change management, preferably in a technology or HR setting.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a talent for designing and creating engaging content.
  • Experience with digital transformation and technology adoption initiatives.
  • Ability to partner effectively with external vendors and internal teams to benchmark and innovate.
  • Comfortable with providing training and conducting webinars.
  • Leadership skills, with a knack for strategic planning and execution.
