About the Role:

As a Field Sales Representative your main focus will be to achieve best point of sale volumes and placements. In order to reach the defined sales targets, you will be in charge of managing and organizing territories and clients to ensure integration with all headquarter business initiatives and Functions. In this role you will be directly reporting to the Field Sales Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the achievement of the sales targets for the assigned territory
  • Follow the set routing plan and procedure of visit in the Point of Sales (POS)
  • Customize visit priorities based on specific customer and categories development strategies
  • Provide required service level in the assigned Point of Sales (POS)
  • Implement Ferrero Building Blocks in the managed Area (Distribution, Visibility, Freshness, Stock Levels, etc.)
  • Verify that products are available, properly placed, prices are visible, advertising materials are in the right place, time and quantity, if not - ensure the required visibility
  • Set and monitor Point of Sales Quality KPI targets with special focus to: promotions and action plans, secondary placements, shelf implementation and improvement, out of stocks
  • Set and monitor Customer Quality and Freshness KPI targets with special focus to freshness control & stock management

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferably +2 years of experience in field sales 
  • Fluency both in English and Turkish
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of fulfilling targets • Knowledge of MS office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Driving licens
