Summary
Responsibilities
- Risk approval request for partners - suppliers, silos.
- Drafting contracts and send to partners.
- Follow copies and originals of the paper contracts, original invoices and signed declarations for existing inventories.
- Keep updated folders for electronic and paper contracts.
- Prepare different reports for trading, execution, finance.
- Other related to contract administration, execution, finance.
- Support execution and finance when there is workload.
- Performing general clerk duties.
- Administrative tasks
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in finance/logistics/administrative roles
- MS office
- Fluent English
Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Business, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Broad knowledge of contract administration and ability to apply concepts in a wide scope of assignments of varying levels of complexity
- Knowledge of data management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Strong negotiation skills
