The Crown Is Yours

As a Growth Marketing Associate, you'll work in a dynamic environment, drawing on your marketing background to launch innovative paid search campaigns. You'll play a crucial role in the Growth Marketing team to promote DraftKings' products. Leveraging your creativity, collaborative spirit, and enthusiasm, you'll create value for our players through different touchpoints. Your work will drive relevance, engagement, and growth across our key channels.

What you’ll do as a Growth Marketing Associate

  • Manage paid search performance marketing campaigns on web and mobile across various supply partners for our products.
  • Provide recommendations and executing bidding strategies, keyword expansion, ad copy and landing page testing. 
  • Deep-dive data from SA 360, Google Analytics, and other sources, deriving insights and implementing actionable projects.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to be responsive in a competitive environment.
  • Conduct campaign analysis and share learnings across the team.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Create innovative solutions to optimize and deliver ad campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Creative team to build and test best-in-class creatives and SEM landing pages.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least one year hands-on experience executing and optimizing campaigns within various Paid Search platforms (Google, Apple, etc.).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel domain knowledge is required.
  • A passion for data and testing, with the ability to turn testing insights into actionable projects.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail as well as the ability to clearly communicate results and define next steps.
  • Data-driven, strategic mindset, and able to quickly identify new opportunities.
  • The ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $57,600.00 - $86,400.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
