We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in creating impact by driving sustainable practices across Philips businesses and markets, ensuring compliance with internal and external sustainability standards, and fostering innovation. Your role:

• You will support Philips’ ESG ambitions by developing and executing sustainability projects for Philips businesses, markets and functions. Typical projects include strategy development, implementation support and training and education.
• In these projects you will work with businesses and markets as well as technical professionals in fields like Life Cycle Assessment, supply chain and eco design. By doing so you will have the opportunity to grow your consultancy and project management skills and broaden your technical expertise. 
• You will work in an Innovation Engineering team of 40 highly skilled professionals in Sustainability, Supply Chain, Innovation and Operations Management. At Philips Innovation Engineering, we have invested in our team of Sustainability consultants and experts who help Philips Businesses, Markets & Functions to bring sustainability to life. To achieve this, we work closely together with Philips’ central Sustainability Office, Philips Design, and Research.

You're the right fit if you have:

• A master’s degree in Sustainability Sciences or equivalent
• More than 8 years of hands-on experience in driving sustainable practices in businesses and markets
• Experience in a consultative way of working including acquisition of new projects, diplomatic and commercial skills in customer relationship and project management.
• Experience in working in the high and/or health tech industries is a plus
