Wondery (an Amazon company) is seeking a data-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented Senior Product Manager with proven experience in digital media and subscription products. In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing against a product & technology roadmap to build new audio and video customer experiences, and drive improvements for our Wondery App and Website.
In this role, you will work closely with our product, engineering, content, and marketing teams to define, build, and optimize new and existing podcast discovery, engagement, and consumption features. You will launch products and features that enable our customers to enjoy Wondery podcasts and our Wondery+ subscription service across all their devices. You will gather business requirements from a broad set of stakeholders, define product requirements, write user stories, collaborate with engineering to design solutions, and approve completed work as part of user acceptance testing. You will work cross-functionally to coordinate and execute go-to market activities, campaign marketing support, triage product issues, and streamline operational tasks to ensure a smooth running customer experience. You will support the product by addressing operational gaps, identifying product optimizations, and triaging product issues flagged by our customer service team and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in product management in a subscription-oriented digital media business, strong product management skills, deep experience building technology products, is analytical, deftly navigates ambiguity, communicates well, uses experimentation to create competitive advantage, loves to get their hands dirty with technology, and has great product instincts.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
