Actively greets visitors, engaging them before they engage us, to ensure a positive first contact to begin their experience with Children's. Badges and screens visitors according to our visitation guidelines. Determines the guest's destination and transportation needs, providing assistance as needed. Directs visitors with precise way finding. Transports patients internally providing a safe and engaging experience. Also responsible for moving/stocking wheel chairs, strollers and carts throughout the facility.

An on-call shift is required for all employees approximately one shift every two weeks. This is paid “stand by” for illness replacement. On-call coverage is 1st and 2nd shift on Saturday and Sunday and 3rd shift on-call is seven days a week.
Participation in a holiday rotation is required
