Manager, Product Management - MessageHub
Our team supports MessageHub, an enterprise-critical internal platform that enables Capital One lines of business (LOBs) to send billions of messages to our customers and prospects each month - emails, SMS text messages, app push notifications, and paper letters. We are looking for a Product Manager to own the end-to-end quality assurance, stability, reliability, and performance of our messaging platform and to ensure we stay compliant and well-managed.
In this role, you will work closely with MessageHub’s horizontal Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team to enhance, protect, and progress our messaging platform. You will work to make sure our platform is always available for our internal LOB users. You will own end-to-end message request fulfillment for both real-time and batch delivery flows. You and your tech team will create and enforce technology standards for our platform while also creating tools to enable other development teams to meet those standards. You will drive resiliency investments and own the program’s tech backlog. Areas of focus may include:
