Target Range:

$25.00/hr. - $29.00/hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Specialist who is ready to gain financial expertise while growing professionally within the Commercial Lending space. This candidate will assist clients with a high level of customer service by navigating our new Commercial Portal, providing a broad range of service needs, and managing general customer servicing requests. This position serves as a complex problem solver and liaison to help the business units improve the way they operate. This candidate must have a high work capacity, time management skills, change agility and ability to execute at high standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for servicing the needs of clients inquiries via portal requests, phone, and email cases
• Focus items will include: Escrow, Taxes, Insurance, Payments, Billing, Statements
• Investigate and research to clarify customer requests, explore alternative solutions to ensure a successful resolution, appropriately close and disposition interactions
• Manage client and customer escalations working with direct supervisor and related teams
• Maintain or exceed established service level standards for customer service, resolve issues and escalate complex issues as needed
• Gain deep knowledge and expertise within the financial industry, understand and apply appropriate procedures and regulations while maintaining customer confidentiality.
• Collaborate with your team and leadership to suggest new processes and tools to make support workflows more efficient

Requirements

• Associates Degree
• 3 + years of experience in a customer service or relationship manager-type role
• 2+ years of experience in mortgage servicing functions experience at a bank or financial institution 

Preferred:

• Bilingual (Spanish) candidates preferred but not required
• Bachelors Degree
