JOB SUMMARY

As the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you will help improve our talent acquisition processes by leading all aspects of reporting, analytics, and operations. You will establish partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful support of our talent acquisition strategies and operations. This individual serves as a Compliance point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists system users with ensuring data integrity, audit and compliance, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This manager will continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to onboarding compliance, contingent labor management, and TA reporting and analytics. You will play a critical role in managing and overseeing our contingent workforce program across all business units. Analyzes data from various business systems to create and maintain metrics reporting and makes process improvement recommendations. Examines and evaluates accuracy of new hire/all associate data, reporting of employee data and develops new, or improve existing format, use, and control of the data. Leads the onboarding and sourcing teams in support of the TA function.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the New Hire Compliance process and team post-employment offer to first payroll to ensure compliance according to employment background and standards for hiring
  • Ensure HR meets the Internal and External Audit controls for all associate records for Active and Terminated associates.
  • Maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard and ad hoc reports in support of HR/Recruiting department. 
  • Interpret data and analyze results to provide ongoing reporting to the department/business.
  • Develop and extract data from complex sets, partnering with HR and recruiting teams, including supporting the design and administration of our Candidate Experience journey
  • Analyze data to recognize trends and patterns.

  • Creation of advanced custom Excel reports 
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements 

  • 3 or more years experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations withing with systems such as ATS, HRIS, and other third party applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR/HRIS, or a related field is preferred, or a combination of experience and education
  • Prior experience with Power BI and Candidate Relationship Management Software preferred
  • Strong understanding of DOT and FMCSA laws and regulations in support of onboarding CDL drivers and completion of Driver Qualification Files
  • Experience with managing vendors and career site (LinkedIn, Indeed, Phenom, and background and drug test vendors)
  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition function with strong understanding of the recruiting life cycle process, including eligibility and onboarding requirements and procedures in order to ensure compliance (i.e. Background, I9, Internal and External Audit policies)
  • Ability to combine data from multiple sources when needed for the analysis and audits
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
