CACI is currently looking for a TRIRIGA Subject Matter Expert with agile methodology experience to join our BEAGLE (Border Enforcement Applications for Government Leading-Edge Information Technology) Agile Solution Factory (ASF) Team supporting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) client located in Northern Virginia! Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software Development for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

You should have worked with or have a strong interest in agile software development practices and delivering deployable software as per schedule. 

What you’ll get to do:

The TRIRIGA Senior Developer / UX Specialist performs the Application upgrade, migrates Reservation UX and Work Task UX Application from Polymer to REACT technology, leads the efforts in transitioning to TRIRIGA Application Suite (TAS) license model. Involves in customizations, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of the TRIRIGA application and platform here at CBP.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Hands-on experience in all UX applications of TRIRIGA.
  • Subject Matter Expert in Reservation and Work Task UX Application.
  • Hands-on experience with Polymer 1, Polymer 3 and REACT Technology.
  • Perform TRIRIGA Application upgrades to latest Version.
  • Subject Matter Expert in TRIRIGA Application Suite license model (TAS).
  • Understand the customer’s data requirements and work with the client’s resources to accurately architect and scope upgrade/data integration/migration projects.
  • Experience designing solutions, developing and implementing the solutions.
  • Ability to engage and manage client relationships.
  • Manage all aspects of the project related to systems and technology and their specific applications for the client.
  • Responsible for the technical design documentation as well as the hands-on configuration of the IBM TRIRIGA solution through all phases of the ASF Scrumban life cycle.
  • Work multiple projects simultaneously and provide status updates to management on a regular basis and update project schedules.
  • Work cooperatively with other team members to accomplish project work in an efficient and quality manner.
  • Strong communication skills including representing the company in industry standards organizations or industry technical forums. Strong team leadership, mentorship, and collaboration.

You have:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria include but are not limited to:
  • o 3 year check for felony convictions
  • o 1 year check for illegal drug use
  • o 1 year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud
  • College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter and highly proactive.
  • Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.
  • 10+ years of experience in TRIRIGA and UX Applications.

You are good at:

  • REACT, Polymer 1, Polymer 3 Technologies
  • Installing, configuring, deploying, upgrading applications, and patches
  • Develops, tests, and debugs software (relevant to the TRIRIGA System).
  • Performs maintenance on existing software products and contributes knowledge of business applications.
  • Writes codes according to specifications needed. Works with the functional and technical staff to understand the issue with software and then resolve them.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience working on a government Contract.
  • Technical Certifications.
  • Familiarity with latest software technologies.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $95,500-$210,100. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
