Repligen’s Process Analytics team is actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electrical Engineer with a passion for driving innovation in the bioprocessing sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design and development, and analysis of advanced Analytical instruments integral to the advancement of process analytical technologies (PAT).
This individual will play a key role in new product introduction, developing requirements and solutions for new products, as well as supporting sustaining efforts on current products.
The work will include research, design and development of new systems and devices which will be used to control, monitor, and regulate Pharma or Biotech processes in laboratory or production environments. The individual will be involved in performing PCB design, firmware development, and final product verification and validation.
Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, the candidate will engage in the design, analysis, documentation, and testing, orchestrating a symphony of innovation to meet our exacting standards and expectations of our bioprocessing customers.

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Work Experience:
10+ years in electronics design and firmware development.
Altium and MATLAB experience preferred.
Experience with ERP (SAP, Visual) software preferred.
Familiarity with data analysis, system modeling and simulation tools, such as MS Excel,
Matlab and Labview.
Experience in navigating and complying with regulated environments, including FDA,
USP, EU, GMP, CE, and UL standards
Preferred experience with instrumentation, especially in spectroscopy.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a solid work ethic.
Ability to analyze data, resolve issues, and think diagnostically.
Strong communication skills, both penned and spoken, with a willingness to engage with different teams and customers.

Ability to develop firmware in C/C++.
