We are looking to recruit a Director of Product, Embedded Finance to become part of the Product Team responsible for building and managing Paysafe’s Embedded Wallet product. The selected person will be responsible for transforming customer and business requirements into successful product features and enhancements. This role would need to work closely with our customers, engineers, business, sales, legal, compliance and operational teams across Paysafe.

What to expect

  • Be a Product Leader: Define product strategy for your area of responsibility and depict your vision for the product by creating product roadmaps and pitching the value proposition to senior management and executives.
  • Roadmap custodianship: work closely with the Head of Product, Embedded Wallet, to draw and co-own the short and long-term product priorities and roadmap. The aim is to create scalable and flexible solutions that are seamlessly integrated by our clients into rich digital user experiences. 
  • Product design: Build deep understanding of the customers’ needs and partner with the product analytics and marketing teams to incorporate quantitative and qualitative data and market research into product iterations and optimization roadmaps. 
  • Product requirements: Work closely with customers to understand their specific needs, propose and validate solutions to address those needs and create product requirements, defining the solution. These requirements must be further detailed and broken down into build specifications to be used by the engineering teams. The person in this role is expected to take initiative in ensuring cross-functional alignment on all key features and enhancements. 
  • Development support and delivery responsibility: the person in this role may be expected to work closely one or more agile teams and be responsible for the roadmap, designs, specifications and deliverables of the team. 
  • Product Advocate: gain deep understanding of the Embedded Wallet product and wallet platform capabilities, educate and ensure new and prospect customers understand and realise maximum value from using our solutions for their use cases. 

To be successful you need to have

  • 9+ years of experience in a product management role
  • 6+ years of experience working as a product manager/owner within the Fintech / payments/ banking space across multiple product development stages
  • Experience with B2B/Enterprise SaaS, BaaS, PaaS, WaaS products or other large-scale API products 
  • Passionate about and experienced in building products for our clients and their customers, using agile methodologies. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (must love interacting with people and working collaboratively)
  • Ability to multi-task and plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects
  • Preferred Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or/and Masters in Computer Science or other technical background
