If you are looking to build a strong career, we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team located at our facility in Jacksonville, IL.

Your Role:

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing production and/or supply plans to support and provide superior customer service for the various business units. This position will manage the flow of goods from the point of origin to the customer. Ultimately, you will help us increase efficiency and reduce costs across the organization. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide weekly schedules by SKU to manufacturing and tracks compliance to schedules.
  • Balances production and inventory levels with demand to support targets consistent with 98.5% service levels, inventory DOS, and capacity utilizations.
  • Work with Marketing and Demand to plan and execute promotions and new product introductions.
  • Ensure inventory is distributed according to the demand signal.
  • Coordinate production of assigned subcontractors and movements of materials/products to/from the subcontractor into the Reynolds/Pactiv distribution network.
  • Participate in meetings to keep up to date on issues related to the forecast, manufacturing, planning, new product introductions, metrics, and other related Supply Chain issues.

We need you to have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • High proficiency in Excel, including ability to use array formulas, and pivot tables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers.
  • Strong analytical skills as well as organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information verbally as well as in written formats.
  • Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems logically and systematically.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
  • Must be team oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.

Icing on the cake:

  • BA/BS degree in business, operations management, logistics or engineering.
  • 5+ years of related professional supply chain business experience.
  • Experience in production planning, scheduling, demand planning, or distributions operations in a multi-facility environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP or JDE a plus.
