A unique opportunity exists on the Process Consulting team for a Director, Senior Process Consultant position to support the Talent Marketplace. The Senior Process Consultant will:

  • Consult with the Talent and Capability (T&C) leaders to understand the priorities and needs of the Talent Marketplace from a hiring, skills, capabilities, learning, and development perspective.
  • Coordinate with application and technology partners to identify platforms and solutions that solve for evolving marketplace needs and present options to the COE leaders.
  • Coordinate and prioritize execution of strategic enhancements to Prudential’s talent marketplace in partnership with the portfolio of HR’s process enhancements and initiatives.
  • Measure impact of talent marketplace advancements against strategic priorities and reset as appropriate to continue to focus enhancements on strategic impact.
  • May own and have responsibilities for the support and maintenance of related talent business processes.

The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

What you can expect:

  • Serve as the ‘process/product owner’ to facilitate prioritization and decision making, working closely with T&C leadership.
  • Partner with leadership and strategic partners with assessing new CoE needs to continuously evolve Prudential’s talent marketplace.
  • Document business requirements for COE needs/solutions and bring forth for feedback, prioritization, etc.
  • Communicate process recommendations clearly to the CoE so they can make informed decisions.
  • Accountable for the implementation/execution of identified process improvements that may include project management responsibilities.
  • Support process and application implementations/ update activities (i.e., testing, UAT, production validation, partner with the COE on their UAT to get confirmation and sign off, etc.).
  • Serve as subject matter expert on project, initiative and/or agile teams as needed.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Process Management, Business Administration, or relevant experience preferred
  • 8+ relationship management experience that includes influence and negotiation expertise
  • 5+ consulting experience with understanding business needs and identifying viable solutions that meet the needs
  • 3+ years of general understanding of project management and related concepts including requirements gathering and documentation
  • 3+ years of experience with HRIS (Workday preferred); experience in introducing AI into HR related processes
  • Experience working in agile environments; familiarity with common agile tools
  • Effective communication skills to manage the interaction between multiple workstreams and team members

It’d be a plus if you had:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions to problem situations; ability to independently think critically and creatively and leveraging an inquisitive mindset that continuously ask “why” or “why not”
  • Strong partnering, problem solving and issue resolution skills, with the ability to identify processes that can be streamlined and improved.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite - Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HR reporting applications is preferred (e.g., Workday, Cognos, Visier, Tableau, or similar tools).
  • Proven ability to create an environment of honesty, inclusion, diversity, and respect for others; champions differing ideas and perspectives.

The salary range for this role is from $148,800.00 to $201,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
