We are looking for an innovative, results-oriented, customer-centric leader to manage a team of Senior Technical Program Managers supporting sizable portfolio of multiple programs to drive our mission to enhance the advertiser experience and support business expansion/adoption goals in this key trust role.

You have a relentlessly high quality bar and obsess over scaling the program vs. simply executing. Specific responsibilities include:

Influence and work with a large cross functional team that includes both technical and non-technical members. As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead programs that span multiple products working with tech and non-tech teams.

Regular communication with senior management on roadmaps, program updates, risks, and change management. Establish key metrics and reporting of the programs you lead with the help of your team. Take charge of the high visibility program simplifying and streamlining the objective status reporting to executive and senior leadership team.

Work closely with the Product management and business teams to manage the intake/planning against ongoing commitment of the broader platform development team. Drive product launches including working with product management, program management, development, marketing, solutions architect and operations teams across the advertising organization.

Work closely with engineering teams to deliver and manage product launches. Proactively identify and resolve program and cross team issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet goals.

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of relevant work experience in cross-functional program management.
Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline.
Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels across multiple business units.
Experience defining projects, collect requirements, write detailed functional specifications, coordinate efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new features sets.
Fundamental engineering skills across the development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or Master’s degree.
10+ years of experience creating and managing programs end to end.
Excellent program management, problem-solving, automation, and operational excellence skills.
Passion for creating innovative solutions for customers.
History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working in an Agile product development environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions

High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs

Project/Program Management or Agile Certification
