Your tasks:

• Strategically conceptualize, execute, manage, and maintain UI from inception to implementation across portfolio of our digital offerings to achieve clean and modern experience.
• Partner with various stakeholders to deliver web, mobile, touch screen and embedded software on medical devices experiences while supporting the overall roadmap strategy and ensure positive impact to Fresenius patients and healthcare providers.
• Produce high-quality UI/UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Evolve scalable multi-platform design system to ensure consistent experience and visual standards across Fresenius portfolio and contribute to maintenance of our UI tool kit.
• Standardize and simplify feature sets and requirements across multiple platforms.
• Manage multiple concurrent design activities across multiple projects and be able to juggle priorities.
• Conduct and participate in design reviews and feedback sessions.
• Mentor and coach junior designers.
• Stakeholder management.

Your profile:

• Bachelors or Masters in Graphic Design, Human Factors, Interaction, Industrial or Product Design, Cognitive, Experimental or Behavioral Psychology, Anthropology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 10+ years’ experience in Product Design for large-scale enterprise solutions.
• Experience designing for medical devices or other highly complex cross-platform enterprise solutions.
• A proven track record of shipped large scale enterprise products.
• Experience with Mobile Applications / Native Apps.
• Experience with data visualization to illustrate user needs.
• Experience designing user interfaces for a variety of medium (desktop, touch screen, mobile, embedded software, etc.) and different platforms (Android, iOS, etc.).
• Stay current with new digital trends and UI/UX design best practices to help optimize user experience, increase product adoption, and scale growth.
• Be able to recognize and distinguish value-add, strategic activities verses “busy work”.
• Persuasive storytelling and influence.
• Working knowledge Figma.
