Job Description

The Data Analyst is responsible collecting, organizing, storing, analyzing, translating and presenting a wide range of workplace, facilities and business management data, intelligence and information.

About the Role:

  • Supporting the data retention and management requirements of the Carrier Account (and other key C&W engagements as appropriate).
  • Designing data and information capture processes, templates and systems - including the data set design (records and fields), consolidation, storage and distribution of information.
  • Preparing reports, summaries, analysis and insights (the outputs) based on the captured and/or assigned, calculated or otherwise determined data inputs.
  • Developing, implementing and executing programs to obtain new and/or refresh existing data sets (such as employee contact information, key business and operations statistics including portfolio under management by market, client, portfolio type and for revenue earned vs area under management vs headcount deployed etc.).
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and management to fulfill RFI (Request for Information) requests from clients, prospective clients and other key stakeholders.

About You:

The optimal Data Analyst will have the following attributes, skills and/or capabilities:

  • College graduate preferably with IT or Business Administration technical courses/ major.
  • Ideally will have property and/or facilities management experience.
  • Developed to advanced English language communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Able to support flexible working requirements across the APAC region (may require some afterhours and /or holiday work depending on local demand and requirements).
  • Exhibit developed customer service and care capabilities – able to demonstrate relationship and stakeholder management.
