業務内容

＜生産技術開発職＞

・プロセスエンジニア

化学反応、物理条件の最適化を行い、新しい薬品や条件を生産に適用する、各要素技術のエキスパートです。

・製品技術エンジニア

製造プロセスフローの構築・改善を担います。不良・スペック未達等の問題に対して、プロセス改善を行い、その解決を図ります。

・装置エンジニア

生産装置の構造、動作原理を習得し、生産装置の観点から生産性を更に高める活動を行います。

・生産工学エンジニア

様々なデータを分析し、より高い生産性を実現できる設備投資等の投資戦略立案や、生産計画の企画を担います。

・品質技術エンジニア

原材料品質、クリーンルーム環境、生産プロセス、生産システム、出荷テストなど、原材料投入から製品出荷までの製造工程全般を管理し製品品質改善に取り組みます。

・生産施設エンジニア

工場の動力（電気・水・ガス）のマネジメントを行う。安定した供給を維持しながら、最も効率の良い供給設備の検討、建設、維持管理を行います。使用後の廃液についても他業種へのリサイクル等を積極的に進め、環境負荷低減に努めます。
