Provide end to end support in developing the sales enablement strategy with the sales and marketing team, to deliver client intelligence, sales resources to improve upon the sales teams’ effectiveness and utilization measures
Lead and coordinate reporting and analysis activities with key business partners to deliver both internal and external insights related to win/loss performance, market, industry, consumer trends and competitors
Partner with the sales and marketing teams to produce and maintain sales training and asset management functions for sales colleagues, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, processes and tools required to lead their sales teams effectively
Support in developing and editing presentation documents and collaterals to professional quality for sales team and sales leadership.
Actively participate in efforts in the update and maintenance of the RDI eCommerce platform
Track and analyze use and impact of sales processes, tools, methodology and initiatives
Frame and present performance, project highlights, educational best practices and recommend changes to the sales process to stakeholders
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
The Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
Good project management and organizational skills. A completer/finisher mind-set with the drive to deliver multiple projects
Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with all levels within the organization, including Sr Leadership, C-Level and Individual Contributors
Experience facilitating meetings and discussions in person and online, ensuring that all viewpoints, ideas, and problems are addressed
Working knowledge of MS Office applications, and above-average expertise in Excel and Powerpoint.
Strong attention to detail and able to work to a high level of accuracy. Uses analytics to help identify critical pieces of information and make them easily accessible and up to date
Pro-active, able to multi-task, analyze data and can independently work with minimal supervision.
Willing to work in a hybrid set-up during EMEA hours
