Senior Business Systems Analyst, Publishing Operations, Penguin Random House (Open to Remote)
Penguin Random House (PRH), the world’s largest trade book publisher, is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the 9-member Publishing Operations Systems team, which supports the core processes used by PRH employees across all departments, including Managing Editorial, Production, Inventory, Marketing, Publicity, Design, Sales, IT, Customer Service, and Fulfillment.

The role includes requirements gathering, data analysis, project management, user support, and documentation. This is a great opportunity for someone with SAP consulting experience who enjoys complex or finance problem-solving.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP MM and PP modules, SAP implementation and customization, and large data set manipulation. This is a business analyst position and does not require coding. We are looking for a candidate who can multitask, remain motivated and inquisitive, communicate clearly, and is an active member of a collaborative team.

The salary range for this position is $95K-100K. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results.
