LDB Project Manager in Educational&Training Team

L’Oréal is seeking a dynamic, experienced and innovative Project Manager in training & education team to shape the future success of education for our dermo cosmetic brands: Vichy, La Roche Posay, Cerave. Your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our pharma projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving Pharma Forward project’s organization and timeline. This is a really exciting role with an opportunity to influence and inspire people as well as working with amazing experts in the field of dermatology and skin science to push the boundaries and deliver on an impactful offline&online education strategy for pharmacies.

Your Responsibilities:

We are looking for Project Manager with O&O approach, who will be accountable for managing pharma projects engaging new and existing clients to build long term and sustainable cooperation with pharmacists. 

  • Management of educational projects in the field of pharmacy
  • Cooperation with Medical Universities, Pharmacy Chamber and other pharmaceutical associations
  • Cooperation with clients to boost adjunctive therapy & pharmaceutical care for patients
  • Building O&O activities for pharmacists building engagement & love
  • Implement the local education strategy in line with brands activation strategy
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Establish and Manage the relationship with KOL’s, agencies and all stakeholders
  • Monitoring and reporting progress. Evaluation of projects
  • Implementation of tools, standards and communication based on different channels and multi touchpoints within Pharma Forward strategy 

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management (in pharma/beauty environment would be additional asset)
  • Business acumen 
  • Experience in health or beauty industry
  • Educational background in healthcare and/or cosmetic science would be additional asset
  • Strong ownership, engagement & leadership skills
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Advanced in English and Polish
