The Mercedes-Benz plant in Berlin is the oldest manufacturing plant in the field of conventional engine technology. The transformation of the Berlin site is a symbol of change in the automotive industry. Electrification and digitalization are the core pillars of our corporate strategy. By developing Berlin into a competence center for digitalization and awarding production volumes in the field of e-mobility, we can successfully secure the future of our traditional Berlin location.

The Mercedes-Benz Digital Factory Campus (DFC) plays an important role in our global production network. The DFC develops state-of-the-art MO360 software and trains employees in the field of digitalization. MO360 is the new digital ecosystem for Mercedes-Benz vehicle production worldwide, with the aim of generating a significant contribution to efficiency through digitalization. The "Digital Launch Factory Planning & Control" team is responsible for the introduction, further development and operation of MO360 applications in collaboration with the product owners, production and IT departments. We are looking for an intern to join the team to support us in the implementation and further development of MO360 applications.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

  • Support in the planning and implementation of projects in the area of digitization and production
  • Supporting the product owner in the context of agile software development
  • Creation and adaptation of user-oriented eLearnings
  • Collaboration in the idea process for the continuous further development of MO360 applications
  • Assistance in the further development of the standardized support model
  • Collaboration in the design and implementation of analysis and reporting solutions
  • Active preparation and editing of documents, workshops and their results

Qualifikationen

  • Student in the field of a technical or engineering university degree, ideally related to digitization (data science, computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics or similar)
  • Confident written and spoken German and English skills
  • Initiative, commitment and ability to work in a team
  • Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
