Job Description

Customer Service Role:

• He/she will be a single window for Order Management for customers/commercial team. Shall be able to handle customer queries related to their orders over email, phone call.
• Proactive information to customers on their order status - dispatch, delay intimation ,material availability etc.
• Shall be a good listener and understand and be able to solve customer queries.
• Will be responsible for coordinating with Cross Function Teams (Planning, logistics, Execution -Supply chain) for queries related to order management.
• Responsible for timely order delivery and overall customer satisfaction related to order management.
• Shall have an excellent hand on MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Person should have relevant experience (6-8 years) in customer service handling order processing.
• Shall have excellent communication skills(English) - Written and verbal communication
• Shall have excellent Interpersonal /analytical skills.
• Shall be self motivated, goal oriented and focussed towards customer centricity.
• Problem solving attitude.
• Proactive approach
• Team Player
