Overview

As a Senior Applications Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the billing function within our Salesforce CPQ application.

You will work closely with the sales, finance, and operations teams to understand billing requirements and configure the CPQ solution to accurately generate and manage customer invoices, contracts, and revenue recognition.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of billing data and supporting billing-related reporting and analysis.

We are looking for a talented, highly motivated Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team!

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain the billing function within the Salesforce CPQ application.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to gather and understand billing requirements.
  • Configure Salesforce Billing platform to accurately generate and manage customer invoices, contracts, and revenue recognition.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of billing data by monitoring data inputs, outputs, and processes.
  • Support billing-related reporting and analysis, including monthly billing reports and ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Work closely with Salesforce developers and architects to ensure that the billing function is integrated seamlessly with other Salesforce applications.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to the billing function.
  • Provide technical support to end-users as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce CPQ billing features and functionality and recommend improvements to the existing billing solution.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure that best practices are followed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience configuring and maintaining Salesforce solutions.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Billing and Salesforce CPQ concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Salesforce CPQ certification is a plus.
  • Experience with revenue recognition principles and billing operations is a plus.
