Job Description
Purpose
To plan, organize and implement plant I/E maintenance activities and ensure plant operating in a safe, reliable, and economical way.
Nature and Scope
Ensure to comply with AP and local safety, health and environment standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and activities: safety training, safety meeting, and all other requirements by AP EH&S and local regulation. Response to maintenance requirements that could be scheduled or unscheduled/emergency jobs, on 24/7 base, prompt response to requests for assistance and putting in the time and effort to meet our customer’s expectations. Be familiar with all equipments in plants, maintain the integrity and accuracy of all maintenance related documents and history database. Involve the maintenance budgeting loop. Assure plant maintenance expense is within budget. Conduct condition-based maintenance strategy for cost reduction effects that uncompromising to plant safety and reliability.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Monitor the serviceability of plant equipment and facilities and ensure they adhere to safety, housekeeping and environmental requirements. Responsible for all instrument and control system equipment regular maintenance and repairing, such as all field instrumentation, valves, flowmeter, transmitter, control circuit, monitoring, DCS, PLC etc, and maintenance at low voltage/middle voltage electrical equipments, etc. Be in charge of maintaining analyzer and purifier, e.g. troubleshooting, quarterly/ annual maintenance/calibration and overhaul, etc. Provide hand-on technical skills at the troubleshooting and all related maintenance work or supporting work responsible. Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement Mechanical Integrity work, troubleshooting, repair for all equipment. Coordinate or assist of supervising the contractor’s work in the facility or shop to guarantee safety, quality, and reliability. Provide technical reports through the specified datasheet or checklist. Reporting-Time entry weekly, and assist supervisor to prepare technical reports
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Work location: Jinjiang, Fujian Educational: Diploma or higher education holder in instrument / electrical automation or other related field. Preferred the relative working experience in a petrochemical or manufacturing environment. Working Experience: Start minimum at > 5 years and progress thereafter. Hands-on work experience is a must. Position will have experience in major shutdown support, project work, plant operations and maintenance efforts. Knowledge of vendor contracts and knowledge of shop support in the region is desirable. Attitude and passion for the work group assigned.
