How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As part of the procurement team your main mission is to support the procurement management team in terms of business analysis, governance, tools and management of change.

Business Analysis

  • Monthly reporting (to the global Procurement function) of the center Procurement spend & savings and related KPIs, based on data extracted from SAP;
  • Monthly reporting (to the center management) of the center Procurement key activities & events (Supply chain management): key projects & proposals activities, spend & savings analysis, price development of key commodities, etc;
  • Monthly review meeting of Workload;
  • Ad Hoc support to Procurement Director (preparing presentations, data analysis)
  • Development of dashboards (via Power BI or other tools) for the tracking and reporting of procurement indicators.

Governance & Management of change

  • Support the Procurement team in the deployment of new digital solution for procurement (User management; communication, organization of training session);
  • Contribution to the preparation and the local deployment / templates / implementation of directives and procedures;
  • Supporting the procurement team for Audits (internal / external): Preparation of requested material & documents, Support during audits execution, follow-up of post-audit action plans;
  • Support the Improvement Initiatives & internal projects: Initiation & coordination of internal initiatives and improvement projects (definition of scope, budget, etc.), Tracking of progress.

Education: 

  • Master degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration

Soft and Hard Skills:

  • Good team worker
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to argue persuasively
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Good data analysis skills
  • Ability to use advanced functions of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (or Google office suite)
  • Ability to design and enforce structured processes
  • Strong result orientation

Languages:

  • English fluency is Must have
  • Additional languages are Nice to have (German, French, Polish)

The Procurement team is located in Frankfurt, Germany, Krakow, Poland and Champigny, France, with a total team size of ~90 employees. The scope covered includes Project Procurement Management, Project Procurement, Category Procurement, Expediting, Supplier Quality Control, Logistics, Spare Parts, Services as well as Indirect Procurement. It is a diverse team in terms of gender and nationality. Currently we have German, Polish, French, Dutch and Indian team members. Team members travel frequently between the 3 locations, as we are operating as one business center.
