How you will create an impact: 

  • You will directly collaborate with the Global Director of Talent Management to define the high-level talent management strategy, ensuring its alignment with business growth objectives, and actively contribute to supporting the transformation of the broader organization.
  • You will work with senior stakeholders in the Business and Central Functions to understand their priorities and provide guidance on creating integrated structures that foster a best-in-class people experience approach, ultimately leading to a high-engagement, high-performing culture.
  • You will partner with local HR to operationally execute high-impact talent management practices, encompassing all aspects of the formal talent review cycle and performance management processes for Consultants and Central Functions. This involves managing the overall timeline, preparing all necessary documentation, facilitating performance assessment and calibration meetings, and closing out the process.
  • As the global talent management liaison in the local market, you will advise the company's internal stakeholders on talent strategy solutions and best practices.
  • You will provide local and global training on performance management and development processes (including tools), as well as on all other talent management processes at Simon-Kucher. Ensure that our talent management programs, projects, and systems are executed and delivered with excellence by all parties involved.
  • You can implement programs that promote employee career and professional development, enhancing the overall effectiveness of individual roles and responsibilities.

About you: 

  • You should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, HRM, or organizational psychology; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • You have over 6 years of working experience in talent management in a complex global matrix organization, ideally in the consulting industry or professional services.
  • You demonstrate a proven ability to drive annual performance review processes.
  • You possess excellent communication skills in both verbal and written German and English.
  • You have proven experience with common performance management tools and software.
  • You have proven experience in creating, driving, implementing, and evaluating operational processes.
  • Your excellent self-management and organizational skills, along with your demonstrated planning and practical implementation experience, ensure successful adoption.
  • You are very professional in presenting in front of large groups and senior business stakeholders.
