  • What can you expect:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual from a consulting, HR and/or M&A background to move into a dynamic consulting environment supporting the Asia M&A Advisory Services team in the delivery of HR M&A consulting projects.
  • You will be involved in working on Global, Regional and Local M&A related projects ranging across the entire deal cycle with a focus on people advisory.
  • You will be expected to work on multiple projects at a time to deliver various HR consulting projects in collaboration with M&A colleagues or with other lines of business from different geographies.
  • We will count on you to:
  • HR System Design (Job Grade/Promotion/ Evaluation/ Compensation etc.)
  • Cross-border HR Due Diligence and HR PMI
  • Benchmarking HR System of Leading Companies
  • HR Project Report Documentation
  • Business-related Communication with Overseas Office
  • Organization transformation and Change Management
  • What you need to have:
  • 5~10 years of working experience in HR
  • Consultant who worked for an HR consulting firm or has experience in planning and operating an HR system for a large company preferred
  • Experience in Cross-border HR DD or PMI is preferred
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good English communication skills
  • Ability to quickly build relationships with customers and identify preemptive needs
  • High analytical skills to derive insight from various sources
  • Positive mindset and ability to work efficiently as a team
  • Has expectations to becoming a PM in the future
