What will you do:

CyberArk, a fast-growing leader in the information security field, is looking for a talented and experienced User Experience lead to join our UX team. This position will focus on creating customer-focused interactive experience for CyberArk’s existing and future products.

As UX lead you will play a major role in shaping products values into intuitive and compelling user interface. As part of a large global group of UX experts and Product designers, you will be asked to take ownership over one of our many products and lead the UX cycle process consists of user and product research, mockup designing and usability testing with our design partners and customers.

You will be required to orchestrate the UX process, while maintaining a close and frequent contact with our internal teams including product managers, product owners, developers, and Product designers.

What you need to succeed:

  • Minimum 5 years professional UX design experience
  • Experience working as a member of a UX team in a large organization
  • Vast experience in configuring and characterizing enterprise (B2B) on-premise and cloud applications – a must
  • Proven ability to lead strategic UX projects across the organization, from top executives down to the last developers – a must
  • Excellent visualization skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to create precise mockups and detailed UX design
  • Excellent communication skills, self-learning and with a high-level attention to details
  • Experience working closely with Product Managers and Product designers
  • English proficiency
  • Willingness to travel (2-3 times a year)
  • Designing mockups with Axure – significant advantage
  • Designing mockups with other mockup tools – advantage
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in product/interaction design, human factors or related field – an advantage
