In this position, you will be part of a software development team that develops solutions supporting the electrical validation process of network products. You will be responsible for conducting user research for the various projects in the team, developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs, and designing intuitive and user-friendly user interfaces. About You: You should be motivated to learn and expand your technical knowledge in the field of HFE. You are expected to work well in a team environment and have positive interactions with your team members and customers. Based on your studies thus far, you are expected to have developed basic skills in UX/UI.

Qualifications:

Must-Have: Studying for B.Sc. or MSc in Human-Computer Interaction or UX/UI Design and Research. Need to be available for at least 30 work hours a week (excluding semester exam periods). At least two years till graduation. Qualifications required: - Understand product specifications and user psychology - Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback - Conduct user research - Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success - Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs - Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability) - Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers and key stakeholders - Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends Must-Have : - Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role - Strong portfolio of design projects - Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture - Proficient in UX/UI design software (e.g. Figma) - Problem-solving aptitude - Analytical mind with business acumen - Excellent communication skills
