The Transport and Services Manager is a new and critical position for the business. Ensuring the transportation and services strategy of Hilti Philippines is executed at a high level ensuring strong support and alignment to the overall business strategy, driving superior customer experience and operational excellence.

Transport responsibilities lie in the successful execution of high-quality transport solutions for the business. Areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to):
Inbound container cartage & stock receival into the warehouse
Nationwide finished goods deliveries
Reverse logistics for returns and aftermarket services (AMS)
Implement digital transport and sustainability initiatives
The Services scope is exciting and autonomous. The role will be focused on striking the balance between identifying and executing services to benefit the needs of Hilti customers and staying ahead of the market whilst keeping focus on traditional logistics metrics such as cost control.
This role will have multiple points of contact including internal Hilti stakeholders (eg. Sales, Finance, Aftermarket services, Regional functional heads etc) as well as external stakeholders (3PLs, Hilti customers etc.) The individual will be organised and possess high levels of written and verbal communication which they will use to ensure 3PL management and stakeholder management is of an excellent standard.
